For dough;
1 cup of flour (120 g).
3 tablespoons of oat flour (30 g).
2 glasses of milk (400 ml).
1 tea glass of water (120 ml).
1 tablespoon of oil (10 ml).
1 teaspoon (4 g) of cumin.
1 teaspoon (4 g) of turmeric.
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper (4 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (4 g).
2 eggs.

For the filling;
1 zucchini.
2 eggplants.
1 red pepper.
7 green peppers.
2 carrots.
Liquid oil.
1 teaspoon of salt (4 g).
