Welcome to Gerry's home, a small secluded log cabin in the middle of nowhere. Gerry lived here alone after being kicked out by his family for his drinking problem. They thought that being secluded would give him time to think and hopefully beat his addiction. He spent his time tinkering with his snowmobiles, reading from his collection of novels, and fishing. His Cabin sits on a gorgeous piece of property with two outbuildings and a pool. The property proved challenging to maintain, and Gerry found himself unable to upkeep it while dealing with his addiction and worsening health. The roof of the cabin started to fail and the attempt to tarp the roof was mostly unsuccessful. His outbuildings started to crumble under the harsh weather as well. Unable to cope and with his mental state worsening, Gerry unfortunately took his own life sometime in 2018. Since then his property has sat. Many of his possessions remain in the home to this day. It's unclear what will happen to his cabin but one thing is clear. If you are struggling with your mental health, addiction, or any other reason that making you think about taking your life seek help, you are worth it.
