Perfect juicy tender BEEF RIB ROAST with the best roast potatoes

This is by far the best joint of beef for your roast dinner.
Its basically a giant RIB EYE steak and we all know how good they are.
This is not the cheapest joint of beef but it is well worth the extra cost.
This recipe will work the same with any beef joint but you will have to adjust the cooking time to reflect the change in beef.
