๐Ÿ“ Beef seaweed soup

- Soy sauce 2T(when using Chosun soy sauce, since it's altier, starting with 1T, if not enough at the end, add some more.) https://bit.ly/4cXRYBq

[How to make]
1. Slice beef 300g in advance.
2. Soak seaweed.
- Dried seaweed : generous lukewarm water over 30 minutes.
- Salted seaweed : soak by change water three times to remove the saltiness.
3. In the broth pot, put sliced beef and a sheet of kelp in and soak in 2L water for 30 minutes
4. In 30 minutes, boil the broth.
5. Slice the soaked seaweed neatly.
6. Boil additional 5 minutes after the moment of boiling, and take the kelp away, remove the foam.
7. Heat the seaweed pot and put 100g beef oil and 800g seaweed in and stir fry then for 2~3minutes.
8. Put 500ml clean water into the pot and boil it for 10 minutes.
9. Boil a while and put a whole onion and additional 500ml water and boil in high heat.
10. Put 2T of soy sauce and 3T of fish sauce.
11. Take beef out of broth pot and move it to the seaweed pot.
12. Take some broth out of broth pot and put it into seaweed pot and boil it 30 minutes in medium-low heat.
13. Take the onion out and put 2T of perilla oil and that's it.

[Tip]
- Depending on the preference, if you think the seaweed is to much, pour additional water and season it with sea salt again.
- The more you boil it, the tastier the soup is.


Because it is long, the middle part is omitted.
