The glass of water I use is; 200ml
The tea glass I use is; 125ml

For the dough;
1 teacup of oil
1 tea glass of yoghurt
50 grams softened butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 packet of baking powder
4'5 cups of flour - 450 grams

For the sherbet;
5 cups granulated sugar
5 glasses of water
1 slice of lemon

For the above;
150 grams of butter
1 water glass measure of oil
