CASE UPDATE: Good news! Thanks to all of your calls, views, and action, we have finally heard from the Midland Police department. They have assigned a new detective on the case and will have it moved up on their priority list and start the investigation from scratch! Rachael and Emily are so grateful for all of your kind words.
