If you saw our Facebook post, you may know what this video will be about. I recently made an emergency water system with an IBC tank. This is a 275gal used food-grade IBC that had honey in it which would be cleaned with 180-degree water before purchase, A 12v 3gpm pump with pressure switch, and a deep cycle lead-acid battery. Completely scalable and customizable. This is a test model, but we could probably do a similar one for 850 dollars.
