The trip started with a fast and comfortable transfer by Arlanda Express, train that connects ARN with the Swedish capital.
I took the first train of the day, leaving Stockholm Central station at 05:05 in the morning. I easily bought the ticket at the station from the vending machines (320 SEK, approx. 28 EUR).
The transfer was fast (approximately 20 minutes) and comfortable, with great customer service.
I got off at Terminal 4 and walked through the airport to Terminal 5.
Having checked in online the night before, I went straight through security and then to the airside.
It was my first time at Arlanda airport, and I must say that I was very impressed. Especially the wide range of transfer options from/to Stockholm: Arlanda Express, SL commuter train, Flygbussarna buses, taxi... all very well organized.
I arrived at gate 3A well in advance, so I drank a coffee and had breakfast watching several planes arriving and departing (I love it).
Flight display information showed up that our flight was a bit late, approximately 15 minutes after scheduled departure time (08:00)
As soon as I boarded the plane, I realized that the flight was fully booked.
The aircraft took off from runway 3 at 08:30 local time (30 minutes after scheduled departure time).
The flight was pleasant, with no turbulence.
Approaching our destination, I really enjoyed the beauty of the Zealand landscape.
We landed at Kastrup Copenhagen Airport (CPH) at 09:25 local time, 10 minutes after scheduled arrival time.
