This one is an experiment from start to finish, but along the way, I’ll show you how to make a pretty neckline, use elastic to gather a midriff, switch up some sleeves, add a flounce, create a beautiful rolled hem on a serger, and make a pro-looking elastic waist on a skirt. I’m not 100% in love with the final product, but it was a fun process!
