We continue apace to prepare, build and install an entire new aft bulkhead from our Nidaplast panels. When we got Bebop there was clearly a little water damage to the aft bulkhead (which separates the cockpit outside from the saloon/galley inside), but we had no idea it would be as rotten as it is! To avoid this problem, we're replacing the 40 year old plywood bulkhead and door with composite panels, coated in 2 layers of combination fibreglass. Once it's built and installed, this bulkhead should last the lifetime of the boat!
