In honor of Veterans’ Day, we want to share the story of our dear friend, Charlie Plumb. Charlie, a former Navy fighter pilot, was shot down in his 75th combat mission in Vietnam, five days before the end of his tour of duty.
He then spent the next five and half years in a prison camp as a prisoner of war, enduring a sobering amount of torture and hardship. Somehow, he found light in that prison, and he carries that light with him to this day. Stories like Charlie’s remind us just how grateful we should be for the freedoms we enjoy, and we hope it can serve as a reminder for you, too.
Watch Charlie’s full interview at Lazy T Ranch with another dear friend of ours, Cowboy Kent Rollins.
