As art communities across the nation rebound from the dramatic changes imposed by the pandemic and find a sense of normalcy, SMU DataArts returns to its annual Arts Vibrancy Report. This report takes a data-driven approach to assess a community’s vibrancy based on supply, demand, and public support for arts and culture on a per capita basis. Join us as we learn from communities large and small about their process for strengthening and sustaining the arts during a time of crisis and challenge, recovery and reopening. Hear firsthand from arts leaders who made substantial changes to deepen and expand the impact of arts and culture in their communities. And explore lessons from the field that provide a deeper understanding into the steps that led to the development of an arts-vibrant community.

Presenters and Panelists:
Monica Lewis, Engagement Manager, SMU DataArts
Daniel Fonner, Assistant Director of Research, SMU DataArts
Megan Barber, Executive Director, Community Arts Partnership of Tompkins County (Ithaca, NY)
