We will look at cities that are just plain underrated. We will focus on specific neighborhoods that are walkable and bike-able to services and amenities within a reasonable distance. The 15 minute city in America?

What actually qualifies as Affordable? We will be looking at cities with average rent and median home sale price.

What qualifies as Walkable? The entire city doesn’t have to be walkable since that’s unrealistic but they must have at least several neighborhoods with a good walk, bike and transit score. The goal is to find an area within the city where you can absolutely live car free.

Cincy is extremely hilly which creates a lot of fascinating neighborhoods that adjust to the terrain.
You got that Down-home hospitality, common to many Midwestern cities

A little bit of that Small town feel with Big-city amenities, such as universities, the second oldest opera house in the US and professional sports teams.

People are migrating to Cincinnati thanks to the presence of the Big 3: P&G, Kroger, and GE.

Cincy has a modest bus system and a free streetcar that travels a 3.6-mile loop connecting
major employment centers, arts, entertainment and businesses.

I waffled on featuring Cincinnati because I’ve personally never been there and wasn’t sold that it had truly walkable areas but after talking with a few folks from Cincy and researching the city heavily

It blew away my expectations and even had what i feel could be the best neighborhood in all of the midwest, Over the Rhine

This is the 2nd city in Ohio that I’ve featured but I have a third city on my list, which one is it?
