This is a delicious Italian savory meat and cheese pie, usually served for Easter but it can be enjoyed anytime. This makes a fantastic appetizer!
It does take some preparation so you can save time and prepare the meats and the dough the day before baking .
If you don’t have a spring pan, no worries ,you can make this in any other size pan you have .
