We all must come to terms with the process of aging at some point in our lives. Thankfully, there are many things that can be done to reduce the effects of aging and even reverse some of them.

In this episode, I talk with many experts including Dave Asprey, Dr. Casey Means, Dr. Valter Longo, Dr. Kara Fitzgerald, and Dr. Jason Fung about practices we can all incorporate into our lives to reduce the common effects of aging including fasting, choosing a diet that doesn’t constantly spike our blood sugar, supporting our gut health, and much more.

Dave Asprey is the creator of the Bulletproof Diet, and innovator of Bulletproof Coffee. He is a four-time New York Times bestselling science author, host of the Webby award-winning podcast Bulletproof Radio, and has been featured on The Today Show, Fox News, Nightline, CNN, and dozens more. Over the last two decades Dave, the “Father of Biohacking”, has worked with world-renowned doctors, researchers, scientists, and global mavericks to uncover the latest, most innovative methods, techniques, and products for enhancing mental and physical performance.

Dr. Casey Means is a Stanford-trained physician, Chief Medical Officer and Co-founder of metabolic health company Levels, an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Disease Reversal and Prevention, and a Guest Lecturer at Stanford University. Dr. Means’ perspective has been recently featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Men’s Health, Forbes, Business Insider, Techcrunch, Entrepreneur Magazine, Metabolism, Endocrine Today, and more.
