This type of speculation becomes particularly pressing when the interests of already vulnerable populations are implicated. This panel will examine the effects of generative AI on marginalized groups. Panelists include Professor April Dawson, Associate Dean of Technology & Innovation and Professor of Law, North Carolina Central University; Professor Jessica Eaglin (L'08), Professor of Law, Cornell Law School; Professor Margaret Hu (L'00), Taylor Reveley Research Professor and Professor of Law, William & Mary Law School. Sponsored by Duke Law's Center on Law, Race & Policy, and Duke Law's Affinity Organizations: Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA).
