Here's a quick demonstration of the Raspberry Pi Pico Guitar Midi Tracker that I've been working on which attempts to detect an incoming note from an instrument level audio input and sends that note and the perceived velocity over hardware MIDI in real-time. There's still a good deal of optimization to be done on the note detection algorithm, but this video serves as a quick demonstration of what could be possible!
