"Cryin'" marked Alicia Silverstone's first time appearing in an Aerosmith music video, which she also would do later on for the "Amazing" & "Crazy" videos. Aerosmith's performance portion in the video was filmed in a church in Fall River, Massachusetts over a 24-hour period.
