Working on a customers 2019 yxz manual trans car, figured I would do a video to explain some assembly techniques that may be helpful to somebody currently building one of these. This car is running the following parts:

Emtron Ems with can-bus expansion module;
-fuel pressure
-oil pressure
-knock sensor
-flex fuel
-wide band with emtron can-bus
-oil temp
-ems controlled oil cooler fans
-high speed IAT
-3.5 bar map

Fuel system;

-JTE fuel sending unit with 525lph pump
-6 PTFE lines
-RPM fuel rail
-ID2600cc injectors

Turbo system:

Packard intake manifold
Packard exhaust manifold
Packard muffler
Precision 5558 BB turbo
JTE intercooler and piping
Tial “Q” 50mm bov
Vibrant Vanjen couplings on piping

Oil system:

-Jagged-S customs oil tank
-Mike Heinen’s Moto concepts oil cooler adaptor
