In this video I look at my brother's Kenmore Refrigerator that is not getting cold. The fan in the freezer and down by the compressor are both running, but the compressor is not.

There is a buzzing and clicking sound coming from the compressor area. This usually indicates that the relays are bad and should be replaced. I put a good set of relays on this fridge and the compressor will still not run.
