On November 10, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated Kherson from the Russian army. The regional center has been under occupation since February 24. Nowadays, people in the city take to the streets with Ukrainian symbols and say that it has finally happened. "Everything was forbidden to us, but we are not used to this." At the same time, RFE/RL correspondents saw a fresh burial near Kherson. People were buried en masse in one of the city cemeteries. Law enforcement officers will have to establish and check who exactly is buried there and circumstances of their deaths. Meanwhile, the airport in Chornobayivka was completely destroyed.
