The NFL players I mention are Ryan Fitzpatrick (Fitzmagic), Myron Rolle, John Urschel, Charley Johnson, Frank Ryan, Alan Page, Blaine Nye, and Byron White. These players have attended and taught at ivy league schools such as Harvard University and Yale University and other top schools such as MIT and Stanford University. Their academic and intellectual achievements include earning a PhD, becoming a professor, becoming a doctor, and becoming a Supreme Court Justice, earning a 4.0 GPA and graduating as class valedictorian, getting a perfect Wonderlic score, getting a near perfect SAT score, founding a company, being a Rhodes Scholar, and winning the “academic Heisman.” Some of the players also won super bowls and were elected to pro bowls during their football careers.
