South Carolina mom Kanesha and her son AJ, who has autism, were featured on the show last year for forming a special bond with their local police officer, Captain Tom Hill. AJ asked Capt. Hill to be his godfather, and their relationship has only grown closer since. Kanesha reveals AJ has opened up more at school since appearing on the show, and he still writes letters to Capt. Hill every week. In an emotional surprise, Capt. Hill joins the show and shares how he's taken his godfather role very seriously, saying "I can't imagine my life without him."
