when goku defeated moro and mastered much of the ultra instinct, whis offered him training beyond a god of destruction, but the high-ranking divine beings were upset by this decision, deciding to lock them in an alternate dimension, not knowing that it would be the worst thing they could do, as they doomed themselves.
