✅Ingredients:
2 eggs
125 g sugar (2/3 cup)
125 ml sunflower oil 🌻 (1/2 cup + 1 tsp)
125 ml lukewarm milk (1/2 cup + 1 tsp)
225 g flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
25 g cocoa (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

1 egg
50 g sugar (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
200 g fresh cheese (ricotta, cottage, Philadelphia) (1 cup)
1 tbsp cornstarch
250 g cherries 🍒 in syrup (or other berries you like) (1 cup)

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
