Traveling to Markhart to speak with Calcelmo and break into his laboratory.
There is a cut at the 45:00 in the video due to a problem with the Forsworn Female Briarheart mod that did not work for me, until the enemies respawn they will appear in T pose naked and headless (or that generally happens with those problems)

Rorikstead Wagons

looks nice, has quite a bit of work, adds npc, a bit of movement and life to Rorikstead. Unfortunately, all the houses have an owner and are closed, the NPCs are generic and only occupy space in the land of Skyrim, they do not have any functionality. I preferred to change to something simpler and save the load on the PC from that mod.

This one also looks nice and simple, although I read something about a bug that can happen to get the player home so I didn't investigate the mod in the game:

I cannot recommend this since it is the 2nd time the same thing has happened, it will be very pretty but it stops working with this mod and does not retain the power of the stone. Maybe some conflict with the mods I have, no idea.
