This is the only time I have ever had this truck outside when it's raining, and the only time I have taken it "off road"! It's so quiet and new feeling compared to my nearly identical 1994 LWB with 269k miles. You can take your hands off the wheel at 70mph and it will stay in the lane. It doesn't leak, or smoke, or run rough EVER! It cruises smoothly and easily at 83mph, ( I have never gone this fast in a Range Rover Classic!) and less than 3000RPM. I feel that the truck would easily hit the 109 mile per hour ECU controlled governor if one were to attempt such high speeds. The transmission shifts right on time and the TCC lockup occurs between 53-57 MPH. This Rover is ready to drive anywhere, with the exception of the tires, which are slightly weather checked.
