Ok, so this is a longer video, telling the story of this neverending love triangle.
The first part is from Edward's POV of his relationship with Bella and the second it's from Jacob's.
Bella is in love with Edward but still has strong feelings toward Jacob, it's basically the decision she's trying to make between the two of them, we all now who she ends up with.
