So this is just a quick one! I did a trip along the North Devon Coast and round the coast of Cornwall a couple of weeks ago.

Needless to say the Scrambler 1200xc was great. I really enjoy the long trips on this bike. It’s great for exploring, a little bit off the beaten track, without looking like your doing the Paris/Dakar rally.

This was a camping trip - I used Kriega US bags a 30 and two 20L. Plus an 20L Oxford Aqua bag for my tent etc. I’ve got a small Unit Garage tail rack.

Before buying the Scrambler I was worried about the high exhaust limiting luggage options and therefore touring ability.

But this set up works great and is more than enough for any trip.

A combination of technical issues and me being a lazy git meant that I don’t really have a coherent story on film. Here’s a little snippet crossing the River Fowey in Cornwall on the ferry.
