An easy mouthwatering dish! Ground beef Stuffed with Shishito pepper
peppers (not too much spicy), roasted to perfection in the oven with juicy tomatoes and golden potatoes.

📕Ingredients:

.1000 g lean ground veal (beef)
.20-24 shishito peppers (not too spicy, adds fantastic flavor to the meat) even you can use spicy one
.1 medium-sized onion, minced
.2 tbsp sumac
.4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
.8-12 small tomatoes on the vine
.1-2 large-sized potatoes
.Salt and black pepper to taste
.Cooking Process:

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced onion, sumac, salt, and black pepper. Knead the mixture until well combined.
2. Divide the meat into equal-sized balls; this recipe yields about 20 meatballs.
3. Shape each meatball in the palm of your hand, placing a shishito pepper in the center. Wrap the meat around the pepper securely.
4. Grease an oven tray and place the stuffed meatballs on it. Drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil over the meat.
5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the stuffed meatballs for 15 minutes.
6.In another oven tray, place the tomatoes, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook them alongside the meatballs for a total of 35 minutes.
7. After the initial 15 minutes, flip the meatballs, add potato wedges to the tray, and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. 8.Continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes.
In the last 5-10 minutes of the cooking process, optionally pull out the kebab tray, flip the potatoes, and return to the oven.
9. After 35 minutes, remove the roasted tomatoes from the oven. Use a torch to burn their skin for a smoky flavor. Peel 3-4 tomatoes, add them to a blender with salt and black pepper.
10. Serve the kebabs as shown in the video or with steamed white rice.
