When 7 precast concrete piles were missed and construction of the foundation was already underway, this customers was looking for a fast, clean and effective pile solutions.

Helical piles were engineered to satisfy capacities up to 1,000kN (225,000lbs). Team VersaPile completed the install of all 7 piles to 15m (50ft) refusing into very dense till.

The piles joined a few precast piles already installed in pile groupings.

There was zero frost drilling required and as soon as the pile caps were welded, the piles were ready to be loaded. There was very little noise, mess or impact to the other trades working on-site.

This customer now wishes the entire structure would have been on helical piles, it would have resulted in more than 4 weeks of time saved while meeting the budget of precast concrete piles.
