I found a Venezuelan street barber cutting hair under a bridge for $2. The barber is hard working guy that has been making a living cutting hair in the streets for the last couple of years. I decided to give him a big tip to help him out. The haircut was excellent so I decided to reward him for his hard work. The location of the barbershop is in Caracas Venezuela in a area called La Candelaria.
