In this video I made a Dominican Chimichurri Burger. I had seen it made years ago and was one that I really liked after trying it. So I looked up the Recipe where I had seen it before. It was Ruben Belliard that made it who was a guest of a show on food network. I made some changes but most of the recipes for this burger are similar.

The Sauce
1/4 Mayo
1/4 Ketchup
1 T Mustard

The Burger
1 LB Hamburger
1/2 White Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
1/3 Bunch of Cilantro
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 t Soy Sauce
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

The Toppings
Tomato Slices
Red Onion Slices
1/2 Bag of Slaw
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Water
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
