Jokic was unstoppable through three-quarters of the contest, before Rui Hachimura switched onto the Serbian seven-footer with great defensive effect in the last quarter. Jokic still finished with 34 points, 21 rebounds and 14 assists, but his fadeout in the fourth will be something to monitor this series.

Jamal Murray dropped 31 points while Bruce Brown exploded off the Nuggets' bench for 16 points and was a huge factor throughout the contest. For the Lakers, Anthony Davis led the way with 40 points, going toe-to-toe with Jokic.
