300 years ago, on Good Friday of 1724, Johann Sebastian Bach unveiled his magnificent “St. John Passion,” a dramatic retelling of Jesus’s journey to the cross. The Choir of Trinity Wall Street and the Trinity Baroque Orchestra performed this thrilling oratorio to packed crowds at St. Paul's Chapel during the Lenten season of 2024, as part of Trinity Church’s Bach at One concert series.
