Running a 2 flute 1" insert cutter ruffing down two 3/4" thick 6061 plates from 4" to 3.5"

Looks like the HP draw is around 1.5HP to 2HP.
Cuts were 40 IPM with about 90% engagement at .200" DOC 7000 RPM

The second pass was DOC of .250" at 30 IPM. 7K
