A man is dead after an attempted armed robbery on the city’s South Side. It happened around 5:30 a.m. Friday in the 1500 block of West 82nd Street in Auburn Gresham. Police said a 60-year-old man was walking when another man approached him, displayed a firearm and demanded property. WGN's Andrea Medina reports on the latest details.
