This is a free energy magnetic v-gate motor. The original idea for this kind of free energy motor came from the German inventor Soukup. Multiple different configurations can be used with the same design in mind. The stacks of permanent magnets on the stator can be rotated 180°, that will either force the rotor to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise depending on the polarity of the permanent magnets.
