14 oz artichokes in can, drained & chopped.
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed & drained. (Squeeze in paper towel)
1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
8 oz cream cheese

Combine in bowl and spread evenly into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly & browned on top. Serve with baby carrots, crackers, tortilla chips or crostini.
