Last month before work, Bill Winquist was watching the planes land at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling—when he noticed an almost comically large wallet sitting in the parking lot. It had nearly $6,000 stuffed inside, and Prospect Heights police honored Winquist after he turned it all in to their department. Charlie De Mar reports.
