Let's make soft homemade bread!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

4 eggs.
50 ml of water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of flour (all-purpose).
Mix with a spatula.

Place in a plastic bag and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 7 equal parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the thickness shown in the video.
Grease the baking tray with butter.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and bring water to a boil in a pot.
200 g of regular hard cheese.
200 g mozzarella.
200 g of suluguni cheese.
Mix well.
