I have been in somewhat of a funk and really not wanted to put the energy into anything from cleaning to going out and doing anything or even been bothered for cooking and I didn't realise how bad I was feeling until I had an honest conversation with my wife.

I decided with the new year I wanted to get out of this funk and rut and get my butt in gear. I really wanted to work on some home DIY's in the house and get things organised so I am doing a series of Declutter & Deep Clean, this is going to be in every room in our home over the next couple of weeks until the entire house is done.

We are looking forward to adding some new areas of the house in terms of decoration and renovation and just some touches up in the house to finally make it feel like ours. As we moved into the showhome we are still kind of living that in some rooms as we just hadn't got round to doing any chances and we didn't need to as it was all nicely decorated and functional but just not to our taste.
