Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing and reviewing Sushify :). They're a sushi making kit that sends you all of the ingredients and tools needed to make traditional sushi in the comfort of your own home.

In this video we make mochi, volcano roll, and spicy crab and shrimp roll.

I was pleasantly surprised at how the sushi turned out. It was better than I thought it would be. It wasn't perfect but that was mostly our fault not cooking the rice correctly. Apparently, cooking sushi rice is one of the hardest and most tedious parts of making sushi. I never knew!
