3 medium potatoes 400g-500g
Frozen spinach 400g (or fresh 1kg)
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
Flour 80g-100g (or potato starch)
Nutmeg
Chili
Olive oil
Mozzarella fior di latte diced 120g
Bechamel 500g
Mozzarella cheese

bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25-30 minutes
