It caught me off guard since I forgot it was Tuesday, but the tone alarm is finally working again! May post tomorrow morning due to possibility of flooding, so a Flash Flood Watch might be issued. If I don't it might mean it was issued overnight, I was at school when it issued (which is why I may not post the test tomorrow), or one was never issued.
