💜Cookie bar recipe
2.25 cups oat flour
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
2tsp arrow root starch
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup non dairy milk
1/2 cup pyure
2tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. preheat oven to 350
2. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and arrow root starch in a medium bowl
3. Beat coconut oil, milk, pyure, and vanilla extract in a large bowl
4. Add dry mix to wet mix
5. Fold in chocolate chips
6. Bake for 22 minutes
