The fiscal plan features more than 214-billion dollars in spending.

That's the largest amount in Ontario's history. More than 194-billion is for programming with a focus on infrastructure and healthcare.

However, it also projects a deficit of 9.8 billion dollars, which is almost double what was forecast last fall.
