Bitter Jester Music Festival has grown from a little battle of the bands to a full fledged festival/competition aimed at developing young musicians' talent. Festival founder/producer Nicolas DeGrazia and 2019 finalist Axel Ellis filled "Windy City LIVE" co-host Ryan Chiaverini in on the competition as it wraps up its 15th year in downtown Highland Park.
