Jonas Gutierrez put in a man of the match performance on the final day of the 2014/15 Premier League season to save Newcastle from relegation. The Argentine got an assist and then scored as the Magpies defeated West Ham 2-0 to ensure their survival. To make the performance even more remarkable, Jonas had only recently returned to the side after beating cancer.
