Camping in the winter is not for the faint of heart, and to be completely honest it isn't our favorite situation. Normally we head to warm states and set up camp. But, this week we are making our way out of Colorado and into Utah in the middle of FEBRUARY! Snow and wind! No thanks, but finding the humor in it will get us through.
